You can request an exchange by sending us an email at info@premiahome.com.pk along with your Order ID.

Product (s) can also be exchanged within 07 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that the product must be unused and unaltered with the packaging and label intact along with the purchase receipt.

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.

Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.

We have a ‘No Refund’ policy. However, refunds may be allowed in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.

If any product purchased at full price goes on sale it will be exchanged at the marked down price.

Shipping Information

Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs.2,500.

We charge Rs.140 on all orders under the value of Rs.2,500.

Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service.

Orders received after 12:00 pm will be dispatched the next day.

Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.

Delivery time is between 5 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays).

On orders above the value of Rs.25,000, we will need an advance payment.

The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.

These orders will not be shipped via a courier.

They will be sent via Daewoo or a similar service and would have to be picked up by the customer.

Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
