Shipping Details


  • Free Shipping on all orders over the value of Rs. 5000.
  • We charge Rs.249 on all orders under the value of Rs.5000.
  • Orders placed by 12:00 noon (Pakistan Standard Time) will be shipped the same day via Registered Courier Service. Note : This rule applied only for Ready Products/Items.
  • Orders received on Sundays and on Pakistan's National Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • Delivery time is between 6 to 7 working days (No delivery on Sundays). However delivery can take up to 10 working days during busy shopping season or our mega sales events.
  • On orders above the value of Rs.15,000, we will need an advance payment. The customer will be contacted for payment information on order confirmation and the account details will be communicated then.
  • All customized order like luxury duvet cover, bridal sets, expensive items required maximum 50% advance
  • Orders weighing more than 10 KGs will be charged Rs.50 per extra KG.
  • All bed sets are made to order, and the quality will be as described on our website. Therefore, they are not eligible for exchange or return, except in cases where the product is received damaged or defective.
