No cash refunds.

You can request an exchange by sending us an email at info@premiahome.pk along with your Order ID. 

Products purchased on sale or during promotions cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded.

Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photo-shoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged/returned for this reason. Exchange or refund of any product(s) will take place, if the product(s) received has any manufacturing defect.

Refunds may be allowed in cases where the product is out of stock or has a manufacturing defect.

WHEN WILL IT BE PROCESSED?

We aim to process all returns within 5-7 working days of receipt.

During busy periods please allow up to 14 working days for your return to be processed.
